We are a faith-based business, founded as a small agency named Job Referrals West, we have been dedicated to supporting those marginalized in the job market and have continually evolved to meet the changing needs of both job seekers and businesses. Pioneering remote work opportunities from our inception, we've been at the forefront of fostering flexible employment arrangements.

In 2021, we added our JRW Employment division , now JRW Career Freedom, to highlight the services we offer that not only entails remote employment opportunities, but entrepreneurial endeavors as well. As we grew to offer more services we embarked on a transformative journey, transitioning from traditional employment referrals and staffing to pioneering innovative workforce solutions for entrepreneurs and candidates. This strategic shift has invigorated our commitment to delivering cutting-edge services tailored to meet the evolving demands of the modern business world.
